Valentine's Day 2014

The day before V-Day, I had no idea where to take LC for dinner.  So I wrote a post on Facebook asking for recommendations.  There were some suggestions, but two people said the best dinner is home-made.

My favorite blogpal said most good places will be packed, with reservations made weeks ago.

Oh, by the way, the cost is all-time-low for a V-Day dinner.  Many of the nicer places are charging about $1,000 per person tonight, for a very 普通 dinner.

    1. Thank you for your kind words. I'm always the cook of the family.

Truth be known, I don't mind paying good money for a super nice meal, but we've tried various eateries over the years. No matter how expensive it is, V-Day dinners on Feb 14 are always mediocre. I think they figure they don't need to be good on that day because they pack it in anyway.

  3. Wow, you're becoming such a professional "C9" and cook. That's great.
